These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the enjoyph platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the enjoyph platform, in compliance with PAGCOR requirements for online gaming in the Philippines.
Each individual may hold only one enjoyph account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balance may be forfeited pending investigation.
All transactions on enjoyph are conducted in Philippine Peso. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the enjoyph platform located at enjoyph.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published by enjoyph from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the enjoyph platform. Continued access to or use of the platform following notice of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and enjoyph ("we," "us," or "our"). Please retain a copy of these Terms for your records.
To be eligible to create and maintain an account on enjoyph and to access any gaming services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
enjoyph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
Each person may register and maintain only one (1) enjoyph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your enjoyph login credentials — your username and password. enjoyph will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for enhanced account protection.
Identity verification ("KYC") will be required before processing any withdrawals. enjoyph may request a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawals withheld until verification is successfully completed.
All transactions on the enjoyph platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following payment methods are currently supported: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your enjoyph account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. enjoyph does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. All withdrawal requests require the account to be fully KYC-verified. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes; bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
enjoyph reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks on any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if such checks identify unusual activity. Funds deposited through a promotional channel may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
Deposits and withdrawals are only permitted through payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
enjoyph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:
All games offered on the enjoyph platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are operated by licensed studios under regulatory oversight. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel.
Bets placed and accepted by the enjoyph system are final. Technical malfunctions — including network interruptions on the player's side — do not void a settled game outcome. In the event of a server-side malfunction that affects game integrity, enjoyph will investigate and reserves the right to void affected rounds, with affected wagers returned to player balances.
enjoyph may impose maximum bet limits, minimum bet requirements, and game-specific restrictions at any time. These limits exist to ensure the integrity of the platform and are not individually negotiable except for VIP account holders with applicable terms.

All content on the enjoyph platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, interface design, text, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of enjoyph or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any enjoyph content without prior written consent from enjoyph. Your enjoyph account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, enjoyph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or third-party actions.
enjoyph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. enjoyph will use reasonable commercial efforts to restore service promptly following any outage.
In all cases, enjoyph's aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your enjoyph account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of all outstanding wagering requirements.
enjoyph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account — with or without notice — in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
These Terms and the Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through enjoyph's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
enjoyph operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory dispute may also be escalated to PAGCOR through its official channels.
enjoyph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or a prominent notice on the platform for a period of no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the enjoyph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
